Cranberry Salsa

This recipe is always a great hit at Thanksgiving and so easy to make and taste amazing

Ingredients
- 1 bag of fresh cranberries
- 4 jalapenos seeded and chopped*
- 3/4 to 1 bunch of cilantro stems and all (I lean a little more to the 1/2 to 3/4 so not overpowering the taste)
- 3-5 green onions chopped (green and white)
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Lime juice (one lime) or around 2 Tbls from bottle to start with.

Step 1
Put cranberries in food processor and brake up berries
Add rest of ingredients and process until well emulsified. If two dry add little more lime juice.
Refrigerate and if possible do the day before so flavors can meld.
*Leave seeds in if you want it hotter
