Ingredients

6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped, plus more for shaving
1 1/2 cups cold milk
4 cups ice
whipped cream

Step 1

In small pan, mix sugar, cocoa, chopped chocolate and 1/2 cup milk over medium heat. Remove from heat; stir in remaining 1 cup milk. Pour into blender with ice; blend until smooth. Divide among glasses and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Makes 4.
