Ingredients
- 1 loaf (16 oz) cinnamon-raisin bread, but into cubes
- 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 cups chocolate milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp confectioners' sugar

Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350*F. Coat a 9X2 inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, toss bread with 2/4 cup of the mini chips. In a medium bowl, whisk together chocolate milk, eggs, brown-sugar & vanilla.
3. Pour milk mixture into bread mixture, then transfer to prepared baking pan, pressing down lightly. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup mini chips.
4. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes. Dust with confectioners' sugar just before serving.
