Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8-1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (to taste)
- Tony's seasoning, to taste
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 2 cups milk
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 lb frozen shrimp, thawed, peeled, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
In large saucepan, melt butter. Sauté onion, celery, garlic, cayenne pepper, and Tony's until veggies are tender. Add cream cheese, stir to melt. Add soup and milk. Mix until all lumps are gone. Add corn and shrimp. Season with salt & pepper (if needed). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and cook ~5 minutes, until shrimp are pink.
