Ingredients
- 2 lbs creamy peanut butter
- 1 lb butter, room temperature
- 3 lbs. confectioner sugar
- chocolate almond bark candy coating

Preparation
Step 1
Mix peanut butter and butter together until well blended. Add confectioner sugar until smooth mixture develops.
Form balls the size of buckeyes or small marbles. Refrigerate.
Next, slowly melt chocolate. Using a toothpick, dip cool buckeyes into chocolate mixture until two thirds covered. Let dry on wax paper. Smooth over small hole left by toothpick.
Makes approx. 166 pieces.
