Ingredients
- 1 cup All purpose flour,1 tsp double action baking powder, 1/4tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp sugar, pinch of salt
- 1 Egg, 1 cup of milk, 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- fillings: Red bean paste, cream corn

Preparation
Step 1
sift together flour, dble action baking powder and baking soda, set aside.
In a clean bowl, beat egg, sugar and salt together till sugar disolved.
add in milk, vanilla ext and cooking oil, mix until well blended.
Stir in sifted flour and mix until just combined.
Heat a non-stick pan on low heat, pour in some batter into the pan.
pan fried till golden brown, put in some fillings and fold into half.
