Ingredients
- 1/2 lb deli style roast beef, cut into small pieces
- 4 oz cream cheese, soft
- salt and pepper
- 10-12 Won ton wrappers

Preparation
Step 1
1. Spread 1 tsp of cream cheese in each wonton. Fill with slices of roast beef. Fold over into a triangle and seal edges with a little bit of water.
2. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and lightly brush the tops with olive oil. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden.
3. Serve with mustard for dipping.
