- 7 lbs beets
- bacon
- allspice
- pepper
- bayleaf
- mushrooms
- lemon juice
- 1 T vinegar

Step 1
Boil beets. Boil bacon, all spice, broth, bacon, allspice, pepper, bayleaf,mushrooms seperately. Peel and grate beets. Add lemon and vinegar. Let stand 15 min, put all of the ing together. Boil 5-10 min Taste add more spices if necessary.
