Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp.sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- ___ powdered buttermilk (last 6-8 mos. in the fridge)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (not butter since it contains 20% water and will make your waffles mushy rather than crispy on the outside.
- 1 1/4 cup seltzer

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl.
Mix all the wet ingredients in another bowl.
Create a well in the dry ingredients and pour liquid gently into the flour mixture. Mix gently until liquid ingredients are incorporated - it will remain lumpy.
