Ingredients
- 1 lb ground buffalo
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix buffalo, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Form 4 balls. Press a cavity into the center of each ball using your thumb.
3. Add 1 TBSP of blue cheese into the cavities and seal meat around cheese, forming 4 patties.
4. Preheat your skillet at medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
5. Add the 4 patties and sliced onion to the skillet. Cover and cook
6. Turn burgers carefully. Make sure the onion is not between the burger and skillet.
7. Cook until desired temperature is reached.
8. Serve on a bun with your favorite toppings. Sprinkle any left over blue cheese on top of each burger.
