The Cottage Green Goddess Dressing

Dressing that was served at the Cottage Restaurant in Laguna Beach that closed on 12/26/12

Ingredients

• Juice of 3/4 lemon
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 bunch parsley
• 1/2 clove garlic
• Dab of anchovy paste
• 1 1/8 Teaspoons bleu cheese
• 1 1/2 Tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients except the mayonnaise into a food processor. Process on low for two minutes. Add mayonnaise and mix until blended. Transfer to storage container and refrigerate for at lease one day before use.
