Ingredients
- Bread slices (2 for each sandwich)
- Eggs
- Milk
- Peanut butter (either creamy or crunchy)
- Banana
- Chocolate mini chips
- Corn flakes, crushed
- Powdered sugar and/or pancake syrup or fresh fruit
- Vegetable oil

Step 1
Mix eggs with small amount of milk. Whisk till smooth.
Spread peanut butter on one slice of bread. Slice banana and cover peanut butter with slices. Sprinkle chocolate chips over banana and
cover with 2nd piece of bread. Press together.
Pour oil into skillet and heat on medium.
Put sandwich in egg mixture on both sides and then into corn flake mix pressing corn flakes into bread. Fry in skillet until golden brown and flip to other side. When done put on plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Top with fruit or syrup if desired.
