  • 1/4 cup red pepper diced
  • 2 (6 oz.) bottles artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/3 cup olives chopped
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 pkg wontons

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together:
¼ cup red pepper diced
2 (6 oz.) bottles artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
⅓ cup olives chopped
¼ cup parmesan cheese
½ cup mayo

Using mini muffin pans, put a wonton in each tin. Put one scoop of above mixture into each wonton. Bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes.
