  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce or 1 teaspoon soy sauce + 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 gloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon dried, crushed chili

Step 1

Directions
1) Scoop the flesh form the mangoes, and place in a food processor.
2) Add all the other ingredients and process just until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning.
3) Refrigerate until ready to use.
Yield 1 1/2 cups, 10 servings.
