Ingredients
- 4 cans (15 oz each) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 bottle (18 oz) BBQ sauce
- 1 1/2 tea. minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 lb. bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Step 1
Combine beans, pineapple, BBQ sauce, and ginger in a 4 qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Stir in bacon before serving.
