Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. country style ribs
- 1 medium onion,sliced
- 1 1/2 C. Ketchup
- 3 T. cider vinegar
- 2 T. molasses
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/3 C. brown sugar
- 1 T.Worcestershire Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
In a large Dutch oven, precook the ribs by covering them with water and the sliced onion. Heat the water to boiling. Reducing the heat, cover and simmer 1 hour. Drain the ribs and onions, and if not grilling immediately, set them aside, covered in the refrigerator.
Prepare the sauce by combining the ketchup, vinegar, molasses, salt, chili powder, brown sugar and Worcestershire Sauce.
Put the ribs on the grill and brush often with the sauce, turning them occasionally for 20 minutes, or until a fork pieces them easily. (Or oven-broil them for 20 to 30 minutes).
