  • Add: salt/pepper
  • parsley
  • italian bread crumbs-1 T for each lb of beef
  • egg- 1 to each lb
  • romano cheese- eyeball
  • white bread- 1 slice for each lb, plus one slice (remove crust)
  • garlic, minced
