Ingredients
- For each pound of ground beef (80%)
- Add: salt/pepper
- parsley
- italian bread crumbs-1 T for each lb of beef
- egg- 1 to each lb
- romano cheese- eyeball
- white bread- 1 slice for each lb, plus one slice (remove crust)
- garlic, minced

mix all and form into balls, fry then add to gravy.
