Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (I used dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup parmigiana cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl using your hands.


Roll into golfball size balls.

Gently place in warmed sauce and let simmer for a minimum of 3 hours.

Serve over noodles or make a meatball sub.
