Asian Cole Slaw

No matter what time of the year you serve this recipe, it is always a great compliment to seafood and chicken. This recipe is really easy to prepare and it is one of my personal favorites!

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- * ½ cup julienne carrots
- * ¼ cup shredded purple cabbage
- * ¼ cup white vinegar
- * ¼ cup sugar
- 1 * 1 tsp. Anise seed
- * ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/8 * 1/8 cup diced red onion

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add salt & pepper to taste. Chill and enjoy.
