2 TBL unsalted butter, softened
2 TBL olive oil
1 tsp minced fresh garlic
1 tsp minced lemon zest
S & P
1 demi baguette - halved - 4-oz
chopped fresh parsley

PREHEAT oven to 400

COMBINE butter, oil, garlic & zest
season w/ S & P

BRUSH cut sides of baguette w/ butter mixture
bake on baking sheet until golden, 12-13 min
sprinkle parsley onto baguette
