Ingredients
- 3 cans (10 3/4 ounce) chicken broth
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce) beef broth
- 5 finely chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 sticks of butter
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 can of mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan until butter is melted.
2. Pour into a shallow glass baking dish (uncovered) and bake for 1 hour.
