Ingredients
- 7-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 T seasoned salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried chopped onion
- 1 T parsley flakes
- 1 tsp sweet basil
- 1 cup dry white wine (or water with a T of red wine vinegar)

Step 1
In large frying pan melt butter. Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, thyme, and garlic powder in a bowl. Dredge the chicken in flour mixture and brown it in the butter. (5 minutes per side). When browned, sprinkle the dried onion, parsley, and basil over the top. Dump in the wine, turn the heat down to simmer, and cover the pan. Let cook for 45 minutes, until fully cooked.
Serve with egg noodles. To make a sauce, after removing the chicken to a platter, pour in a little more wine or water and cook the pan drippings for 2-3 minutes. Serve like a gravy.
