Ingredients
- Apple-Pecan
- 1/3 c pecans
- 1/3 c pitted dates
- 1/3 c dried apples
- Apricot-Muffin
- 1/3 c almonds
- 1/3 c pitted dates
- 1/3 c dried apricots
- Cherry Tart
- 1/3 c walnuts
- 1/3 c pitted dates
- 1/3 c dried cherries
- Peanut Butter Snaps
- 2/3 c peanuts
- 1/3 c pitted dates
- 1/4 t vanilla
- pinch of salt

Preparation
Step 1
Grind pecans in food processor. Transfer nuts to a bowl, then process pitted dates and dried apples. Add nuts back in with a pinch of cinnamon, then process until mixture holds together when squeezed. Divide into six portions, mold each into a bar and wrap in plastic wrap.
