the other day I was out of popsicles and craving something frozen and creamy, so I threw together this ultra easy, super duper yummy and totally refreshing strawberry freeze. Only two ingredients and about 30 seconds will get you this perfect summer treat! What are you waiting for?? Go whip it up!!!

• 4 cups vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup frozen strawberry juice concentrate (my favorite is Welch’s Strawberry Breeze)

Add ice cream and frozen juice concentrate (slightly thawed) to blender. Pulse until smooth.
