Homemade Cake Mix

• Dry Ingredients:
• 2 3/4 cup flour
• 1 3/4 cups SUPER fine sugar (you can buy this or make it)
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 3/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together all ingredients and place in mason jar or your chosen storage container.

This recipe totaled about 4 1/2 cups of dry ingredients.

Add wet ingredients when you are ready to make cake.

3/4 cup unsalted butter
5 egg whites
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Cream Butter. Add eggs (whites) one at a time until mixed.

Add milk and vanilla and almond extract.

Fills two 8-inch rounds.

Bake at 325-350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
