Ingredients

• 1/4 C Flour
• 3/4 C Yellow Corn Meal
• 1/3 C Sugar
• 1 egg or 4 egg Whites
• 2 t Baking Powder
• 1/2 t Salt
• 1/2 t Baking Soda
• 1 C Milk or Buttermilk or Yogurt
• 1/3 C Vegetable Oil

Step 1

In large skillet or pan put into a 400 degree oven and let oil get hot. Mix all Ingredients in large mixing bowl and pour into hot oil and bake 400 degrees for 40-45 mins or golden brown.
