Ingredients
- 1/2 cup finely crumbled cotija cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp minced fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- pinch of garlic powder
- 4 ears corn, grilled

In a bowl, stir all ingredients together. Spread mixture over 4 ears of hot grilled corn on the cob. Serve with lime wedges.
