Step 1
Divide dough into 12 pieces. Roll into a 17" long roll. Form into a U shape. Lift top of left end, fold over opposite side, press together gently about two thirds down from right side. Lift right end up, fold over, and press or tuck in, forming a pretzel. Let rise till doubled, covered. Beat egg white with 2 tsp warm water. Brush the pretzels with egg and sugar them. Bake for 10 minutes.
