Ingredients
- 6 lbs Turkey Wings
- 2 large Onions, cut into chunks
- 4 large carrots, cut into chunks
- 4 large celery sticks, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper corns
- 2 large thyme sprigs
- 2 bay leaves
- 12 cups turkey or chicken broth

Step 1
Bring to a boil over medium -high, reduce heat to low, and cook, uncovered, at a bare simmer over medium-low heat until reduced to 8 cups, about 1 hour. (The broth should be golden brown and taste like turkey soup.)
