Ingredients
- 1/2 C OJ
- 2 green onions chopped
- 2 T orange marmalade
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 4 boneless pork loin chops (4 oz. ea.)

Preparation
Step 1
- Combine first 5 ingredients; pour 1/3 c into large resealable bag; add pork; seal and turn to coat; refrigerate several hours to overnight; cover and refrigerate remaining sauce
- In a small saucepan bring reserved marinade to a boil, reduce heat, simmer uncovered 5 - 7 min until thickened; keep warm
- Spray grill rack; heat grill; drain chops and discard marinade; grill covered over med heat for 4-5 min each side until meat thermometer reaches 160; brush with sauce
