Fettucini Alfredo and Shrimp

Ingredients
- 6 oz uncooked fettucini
- 2 T butter
- 4 1/2 tsp flour
- 1 C FF half and half
- 1 lb cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/3 C grated Parmesian cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp minced fresh parsely (or 1 tsp dried)

Preparation
Step 1
- Cook fettucini as directs
- Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan; stir in flour until smooth then gradually add half and half
- Bring to a boil; cook and stir 1 min. until thickened; stir in cheese, salt, shrimp
- Drain fettucini and stir into sauce
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving
