Ingredients

  • 6 oz uncooked fettucini
  • 2 T butter
  • 4 1/2 tsp flour
  • 1 C FF half and half
  • 1 lb cooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/3 C grated Parmesian cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp minced fresh parsely (or 1 tsp dried)

Preparation

Step 1

- Cook fettucini as directs
- Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan; stir in flour until smooth then gradually add half and half
- Bring to a boil; cook and stir 1 min. until thickened; stir in cheese, salt, shrimp
- Drain fettucini and stir into sauce
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving
