- 32 oz bag shredded collard greens
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 cup ham pieces
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Step 1
1. Preheat large saute pan on medium-high 2-3 minutes.
2. Place 1 Tbsp olive oil in pan; add collards, ham pieces, salt & pepper.
3. Cook 15-20 minutes or until collards have wilted & are soft.
