Ingredients
- 2 cubed chicken breasts
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lemon, peeled, 4 segments chopped and remainder juiced
- 2 Tbsp. capers, drained
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Step 1
Season chicken. In a large skillet, melt 1 Tbsp. butter over medium-high. Add chicken; cook until golden, 3 minutes. Transfer to plate.
Brown remaining butter. Add remaining ingredients; season. Spoon over chicken.
