Ingredients
- Head of cabbage Napa or regular cabbage I like the Napa
- Decide how many wraps you want to make and carefully take the leaves off the cabbage.
- example..I made 9 wraps so I used 9 leaves
- 1 slice of reduced-fat Swiss cheese
- 1 slice Pastrami
- 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
- 2 tablespoons prepackaged coleslaw mix or sauerkraut

Preparation
Step 1
Fan each cabbage leaf on a plate. Place the cheese on the cabbage leaf and top with piece of the pastrami. Spread a tablespoon of mustard on the pastrami. Add 2 tablespoons of coleslaw on top of the tat and roll up and secure with a wooden tooth-pick.
