Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2-3oz. pkgs raspberry jello
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1-8 oz can crushed pineapple in own juice
- 1-15 oz can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1-8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar
- small container sour cream
- 1/4 cup walnuts

Preparation
Step 1
Spray a 9' square pan with vegetable oil cooking spray
In medium bowl, combine raspberry jello and unflavored gelatin.
Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Stir in 1/2 cup cold water.
Add pineapple and juice, cranberry sauce and walnuts.
Stir until well mixed.
Pour into prepared pan, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm.
About 1 hour before serving, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, whipped cream and walnuts in bowl.
spoon on top of cranberry mixture.
