Peanut Butter Cup and Pretzel Terrine

By

It is a good idea and very simple to make. However, it needs so altering. I would definitely keep this in the freezer overnight before serving. We tried it after it had been in the freezer for an hour but it was still way too soft. It was much better by the next day. Also, the pretzels turned stale by the time i served the dessert. I would recommend trying to put the pretzels on right before serving. Or, skip the pretzels and put more chopped peanut butter cups. Overall, it is a fun, easy dessert!
