CHICKEN BURGERS WITH SWEET DIJON GLAZE 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • GLAZE:
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • Mix all ingredients. Form 4 burgers.
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • Melt butter in skillet. Whisk in sugar and honey. Cook till sugar is dissolved and starting to foam - about 2 minutes. Remove from heat - whisk in mustard and vinegar. Cool completely.

Step 1

Grill burgers over medium heat for 7 minutes. Turn. Brush cooked side with glaze. Cook another 7-8 minutes till 165 degrees inside. Brush glaze over both sides and serve in fresh buns.
