Ingredients
- 1 pkg (18 1/4) yellow cake mix & ingredients to make it
- 2 C 2% cold milk
- 2 pkgs ( 3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple, divided
- 1/2 C marashino cherries, chopped ( 12 large cherries)
- 1/2 C flaked coconut
- 1/2 C walnuts, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using an approximate 15 x 10 x 1" deep cookie sheet.
Bake at 350* for 20-25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool completely.
In a mixing bowl combine milk & pudding, mix.
Beat in cream cheese until smooth.
Fold in whipped topping.
Spread over cooled cake.
Put pineapple, cherries, coconut & walnuts in a small bowl & stir together.
Top the cake with the pineapple mixture.
Refrigerate until serving time.
