Ingredients

  • Enough for 1 - 9" round pan or 6 - 8 large muffins
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch table salt
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter , cut into 8 pieces, softened but still cool

Step 1

In mixer: combine flour, sugars, cinnamon & salt til no lumps remain

Add butter & mix til resembles wet sand-no lumps

Clump together by hand & sprinkle over batter or fruit
