Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 425°. Line baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray. Remove sausage from cas¬ing. In nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook sausage, breaking up lumps with wooden spoon, until completely browned, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

2. In small saucepan over medium heat, combine Alfredo sauce and red pepper flakes until warmed through. Set aside. Chop tomatoes, green onions and basil leaves and set aside separately.

3. Spread pita chips in single layer on foil. Spoon half of Alfredo sauce over chips, then sprinkle on half of sausage and half of shredded cheese. Repeat with remaining Alfredo sauce, sausage and cheese. Top with tomatoes, olives and green onions.

4. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with basil. Transfer to large platter and serve.
