Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- OR: OPT: 1 1/2 cups AP flour & 1 /2 cups white whole wheat flour
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- OPT: Add 3 tbs benefiber powder
- 4 cups whole milk or buttermilk
- 1 1/3 cups vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 10 teaspoons sugar
- 5 teaspoons vanilla extract

Step 1
Combine dry ingredients & mix well
Add liquids & sugar & mix well
Let batter sit for 30 minutes
Use in waffle iron
Option: Add chocolate chips, blueberries, craisins etc
