Ingredients
- onions, carrots, celery, garlic
- olive oil
- 1 quart trader joes organic vegetable broth
- 2 cups tomato sauce (approx)
- 2 cans cannellini beans
- Opt: 2 cups chopped fresh spinach (approx)
- chopped fresh parsley
- seasonings: salt, pepper, basil. oregano, parsley

Step 1
Saute onions in olive oil, add celery, carrots & continue to saute, add garlic & continue to saute
Add veg broth, tomato sauce & beans, simmer, adding seasoning to taste
Add chopped fresh spinach & chopped fresh parsley
Add pasta cooked in salted water
