Ingredients

  • Double ingredients for 9 x 13" pan:
  • 3 eggs (or 5 egg whites)
  • 1 cup sour cream (8 oz container)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cottage cheese (16 oz container)
  • 5 cups cooked noodles - about 8 or 9 oz before cooking
  • 1 chopped apple
  • few raisins or craisins
  • 1 16 oz can fruit cocktail, drained
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups sour cream (16 oz container)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups cottage cheese ( (2) 16 oz containers)
  • 10 cups cooked noodles (abt 16 oz before cooking)
  • 2 chopped apples
  • craisins or raisins
  • (2) 16 oz cans fruit cocktail, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, sour cream, salt, sugar together

Stir in cheese, noodles & fruit

Pour into greased pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar

Bake at 375 about 40 mins until golden
