Noodle Pudding
For reduced fat use reduced fat cheese products.
For fat free use fat free cheeses & 5 egg whites instead of 3 whole eggs.

Ingredients
- Double ingredients for 9 x 13" pan:
- 3 eggs (or 5 egg whites)
- 1 cup sour cream (8 oz container)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups cottage cheese (16 oz container)
- 5 cups cooked noodles - about 8 or 9 oz before cooking
- 1 chopped apple
- few raisins or craisins
- 1 16 oz can fruit cocktail, drained
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups sour cream (16 oz container)
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups cottage cheese ( (2) 16 oz containers)
- 10 cups cooked noodles (abt 16 oz before cooking)
- 2 chopped apples
- craisins or raisins
- (2) 16 oz cans fruit cocktail, drained

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs, sour cream, salt, sugar together
Stir in cheese, noodles & fruit
Pour into greased pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar
Bake at 375 about 40 mins until golden
