Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

• Idaho potatoes
• salt
• garlic cloves, chopped
• pepper
• milk or combo milk & cream
• butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cover potatoes & garlic with salted cold water, bring to boil. Boil til fork tender

Drain, return to pot; turn on heat to dry potatoes

Add butter, put into mixer or use food mill or ricer; add salt, pepper & butter to taste

Add milk or milk & cream a little at a time to taste
