Ingredients
- 1 pound sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 1/2 cups splenda (instead of sugar)
- 7 large egg whites
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 300
Whisk egg whites in mixer til glossy peaks
Slowly add splenda or sugar, add vanilla, then cinnamon
when medium hard peaks, fold in almonds
drop by tablespoon into mounds onto greased cookie sheets, leave 1" between cookies
bake for 30 mins at 300, remove from oven
reduce oven to 250, put cookies back in for 10 mins, cool to room temperature
