Ingredients
- 1 bag fresh cranberries
- 1/2 small diced apple
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground Cloves
- 1 cups white sugar
- 1/4 cup brandy-based orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier(R))
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
- 1 tablespoon grated orange & lemon zest

Step 1
Bring the everything except the zest and cranberries to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved, then stir in the cranberries, and cook until they pop, about 5 minutes. Add the zest, pour into a bowl, and refrigerate several hours until cold.
