Ingredients

1 C sugar
1 C rice vinegar
1 C sugar
2 t ginger minced
1 t garlic minced
2 t chili pepper minced
2 T banana sauce
2 T corn starch

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water and vinegar to boil. Reduce heat, add ginger, garlic, chili pepper, banana sauce and sugar. Simmer for 5 min, remove from heat and add corn starch. Stir together and allow to cool.
