Ingredients
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1/2 taco seasoning packet
- onion or onion powder
- chopped green pepper
- tomatoes
- cheddar sprinkled on top

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and seasoning packet and spread on bottom of baking dish.
brown ground beef and onion. Sprinkle ground beef on top of cream cheese mixture.
Add peppers, tomatoes and top with cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 min.
