Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh dill
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 salmon fillets
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine mayo, yogurt, dill, lemon.
2. Season salmon with salt and pepper
3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. Add salmon, flesh side down and sear until browned, about 3 minutes. Turn and sear the skin side until salmon just flakes, about 3 minutes longer.
4. Spoon 3 tbsp of dill sauce onto each plate and top with salmon.
