Ingredients
- 16 (1 1/4 lbs) unpeeled, jumbo fresh shrimp
- 1/2 c unsalted butter, sliced
- 1/4 c worcestershire
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped or 3 tbs jarred minced garlic
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 tbs creole seasoning
- 1 tbs black pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 450
Stir all ingredients in an ovenproof skillet.
Bake for 10 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
Serve with crusty bread.
