Barbecue Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 16 (1 1/4 lbs) unpeeled, jumbo fresh shrimp
  • 1/2 c unsalted butter, sliced
  • 1/4 c worcestershire
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped or 3 tbs jarred minced garlic
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs creole seasoning
  • 1 tbs black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 450
Stir all ingredients in an ovenproof skillet.
Bake for 10 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
Serve with crusty bread.
